From our friends Edward and Rebecca- So first Samuel is all over Entertainment Tonight and local news stations with Mr. Kenny Rogers…….now, he’s gonna be on T.V. in Vietnam! Â VTV4 wants to show his wrestling video! Â Vietnam has just opened back up to the U.S. for adoptions. Â Holt International was one of two agencies chosen to pilot this program and they have Samuel’s video. Â The TV station is doing a report on all of this and want to show how special needs adoptions help the children. Â Can you believe it?Â
