If you are NOT planning to stay for the Rockford Parade at 11, note that Main Street will be closed at 10 am for staging and cars in lots off of 10 Main Street will be blocked in until after the parade.  You can park along the streets on Bridge street by the library, Maple street on the back side of the library,the Rockford City Hall lot beside the library, and in the Methodist Church parking lot, all of which access 10 mile to exit after the run.
