Motivational Monday Spotlight: Rebecca Cruttenden!

This year marks 15 years of Rebecca’s powerhouse commitment to Brittany’s Hope and the launch of Team Orphans (Rebecca's Michigan based Brittany's Hope fundraising branch).

Oh, and did we mention she’s competed in 12 Ironmans along the way?! That’s a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a full 26.2-mile marathon—all in one day. Brutal. Grueling. Inspiring. And Rebecca has done it again and again to reach her $1,000,000 fundraising goal for adoption grants.

Rebecca’s motivation comes straight from her heart: in 2003, a Brittany’s Hope adoption grant helped her bring home her three children from Russia. Watching them grow, thrive, and even start families and serve in the military has shown her what miracles happen when children are united with families.

In her own words:
"I am SUPER motivated to support Brittany's Hope because I received an adoption grant in 2003 that helped us adopt our three kids from Russia. Now, 22 years later, they are grown… I can hardly believe the shy, sad kids that they were in the orphanage. International adoption allows miracles to happen. And Brittany's Hope adoption grants help miracles happen every day!"

Rebecca has already helped nearly 50 sibling groups find forever families through Team Orphans, raising nearly $500,000 for Brittany’s Hope. Her passion is unstoppable.

But here’s the best part: you don’t have to compete in 12 Ironmans or adopt three children to make a difference. Every act of support—whether it’s thoughts, prayers, donations, or volunteering—brings hope to a child waiting for a family.

What's up next for Rebecca? 6 days from today, on Sunday, September 14th, Rebecca will compete in a Half Ironman!

Ironman 70.3 Michigan!!! Prayers and well wishes appreciated!
